禁肉之城：瓦拉納西
At the BrijRama Palace, which is a fancy hotel in Varanasi, the hotel restaurant now serves local dishes like sweet and sour pumpkin and peas with spices. These dishes are usually only cooked in local Varanasi homes. At another restaurant, the cooks use a traditional method from the countryside around Varanasi to bake their bread. The breads are served with locally grown vegetables which are cooked in a traditional clay pot. So far, the customers at these restaurants love the new dining choices in Varanasi.
