S: Shane D: Darina

D:    Lyra was singing with her headphones on during break. Megan got annoyed, so she said her singing voice was terrible. Now they aren’t on speaking terms.

S:     Wow. And we nearly suffered the consequences of their petty fight. It’s best to keep good relations with others in the workplace.

D:    Yeah, I agree. While it is important to be honest with others, we need to be mindful how we express ourselves, too.

S:     That’s very true. I guess we will have to inform both receptionists about future reservations for the time being. It’s almost 2:30. Our clients will be here soon.
