A few days later, Greta returns to the restaurant to tell Chuck her decision.
G: Hi, Chuck. I’ve made up my mind.
C: OK, boss. What should we do?
G: We’ll cut costs in the short term by limiting our menu. I want you to talk with our chefs and cut out at least one-third of our menu items.
C: It’s a good thing you came to check on things. I was just about to place an order for ingredients.
