The Truth about Creativity
「創」造新生活
As Picasso once said, “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” For many, this rings true. We might paint, write, or play an instrument as kids. However, as adults, we find that responsibilities stand in the way of being creative. But is being creative really all that important? The short answer to this question is: yes. According to studies, being creative in any way can help fight against negative emotions.
