Life Lessons with Aesop’s Fables

Everyone knows at least one fable. These short tales are told to entertain and educate. They commonly include animals which act like humans to teach a lesson about morals. Fables come from many different places and cultures, but there is one person who is more famous than any other when it comes to fables. His name was Aesop, and he was a slave who lived in Greece over 2,500 years ago. Aesop might have been born in modern-day Turkey or possibly Ethiopia.
