Sand Art in Fulong
鬼斧神工藝術空間 來福隆「沙」時間
Every summer, Fulong in northern Taiwan hosts a sand art festival. The three-kilometer beach has excellent sand conditions for creating large and complex works of sand art. The works on display each year create a small maze of complex sculptures. They can last for months if the weather conditions allow. A special glue is also applied so that they last longer. You can see lots of people coming to the beach each year. Visitors come from all parts of Taiwan and from around the world.
每年夏天，臺灣北海岸的福隆會舉辦一個沙雕藝術季。在這三公里長的海灘中有極好的沙質，能用來創作大型且結構複雜的沙雕藝術作品。每年展示的作品創造出了一個收藏刻劃複雜沙雕的小型迷宮。在天氣狀況允許下，這些作品可以維持好幾個月。一種特殊的膠也會用來塑形，讓它們撐更久。每年都能看見有大批遊客前來福隆沙灘。前來的遊客來自臺灣和世界各地。
