Several hours later, Sophia gets another call from the head office.
S: Well, that was the marketing office. There’s more bad news.
T: Uh oh, what’s the word?
S: All of the Big Boss speaker products have been recalled, including headphones and Bluetooth speakers.
T: Really? But the Bluetooth speakers have been selling like crazy this past week!
S: Yeah, tomorrow is probably going to be a busy day handling refunds and exchanges.
