Tea Time in Taiwan 臺灣品茗趣 (二)
Perhaps the best way for beginners to appreciate tea in Taiwan is to sign up for a traditional tea ceremony. These gatherings are offered at teahouses and tea farms around the island.
Each tea ceremony follows a series of carefully planned steps. The pots and teacups must be heated with warm water. The tea leaves are also carefully measured before they are placed in the teapot. Next, water from a kettle is poured on the leaves from a specific height. Then, a timer is set to make sure the tea is brewed for the proper amount of time.
在臺灣，茶道入門者最好的品茶方式就是報名參加傳統的茶道儀式。全島各地的茶藝館和茶園都會舉辦提供這些聚會。
