美國演員大衛哈伯（David Harbour）周日（29日）與影集《怪奇物語》（Stranger Things）的演員夥伴獲得第23屆美國演員工會獎（Screen Actors Guild Awards，簡稱SAG）最佳整體演出獎，上台致詞時講到包容的議題與演員的社會責任。
《怪奇物語》的背景設定在1980年代的美國印第安納州，講述小鎮上一名小男孩失蹤後，親朋好友和警方展開調查，捲入離奇的事件，而一名有超能力的女孩也加入幫忙。
美國總統川普（Donald Trump）28日以反恐為由，簽署行政命令，禁止伊朗、伊拉克、敘利亞、利比亞、索馬利亞、蘇丹、葉門7個穆斯林國家的國民入境，90天內暫停向此7國國民核發簽證，使得許多演員工會獎得獎者，上台利用發表感言的機會砲轟政府。（蘇立／綜合外電報導）
