TomoNews頻道2016年6月28日訊－美國德州一名男子在速食店外，被警方逮捕，目擊者將過程拍下，影片在網上爆紅惹議，兩天後，警方就將隨身攝影機拍下的視頻和音頻釋出。
6月25日，美國漢堡連鎖餐廳「Whataburger」兩名員工報警，指有一名暴躁男子騷擾店家，還威脅要攻擊顧客。
警方獲報前來，盤查該男子所開的白色貨卡車，車上有一名男童，應是男子的兒子。
警方要搜查嫌犯是否攜帶武器，雙方便起了衝突。
男子拒捕，雙方展開扭打。警方試圖將他壓制住，而男童在車裡尖叫。
警方使用了電擊槍，但是無效。
三名員警最後終於把嫌犯壓制住，並上銬。
男子被壓在地上時，對警方喊道「法院見」，他認為警方暴力執法。
但當局看了現場錄影後，認為員警的做法適當。
這名男子身分為Eliseo Padilla三世。他被控三項攻擊罪、拒捕、及不出示身分。
他當時也可能吸食了某種藥物。

Police have released the 911 audio and bodycam footage of a man being arrested outside a fast food restaurant, just two days after a witness video of the incident went viral online.
On June 25, two Whataburger employees reported an aggressive man harassing and threatening to assault customers.
When police responded to the incident, they approached the man near his white pickup truck. A little boy, presumably the man’s son, was inside the truck.
The altercation began when an officer tried to check the suspect for weapons.
When the man resisted, a struggle ensued. Authorities attempted to restrain him, while the little boy screamed inside the car.
A Taser was used, but to no effect.
Three officers eventually managed to hold the suspect down and cuff him.
While on the ground, he told police he would see them in court, alleging police brutality.
But after a review of the videos taken of the incident, police officials believe the officers acted appropriately.
The man, later identified as Eliseo Padilla III, was charged with three counts of assault, resisting arrest, and failure to identify.
He may have been intoxicated on an unknown drug.
