A gang-related shooting where a woman pulled a gun from her underwear to shoot a male rival has ended with an arrest, thanks to high-definition surveillance footage.
Authorities say the woman shot the man in a car at a Mobil gas station on Fenkell and Greenfield in Detroit around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday.
Police said a blue Dodge Charger with two females and two males was at the gas station when an older-model green Grand Prix pulled up to the lot.
A heated argument then ensued between people in both vehicles.
That’s when a female dressed in cowgirl gear and cornrows is seen grabbing a gun from the Charger and shoving it into her underpants.
She then walks up to the Grand Prix and pulls out the weapon, the driver starts to pull away, hitting one of the woman’s companions with his vehicle.
The woman then fires off a few rounds and hits the driver multiple times.
Another man is then seen tackling the shooter, and apparently was able to wrestle the gun away from her before both vehicles drive off.
Police said both the man who was shot and the man hit by the car received non-fatal injuries. According to police, within two hours of the police releasing the video and photos, the suspect was in custody.
