美國加州聖荷西（San Jose）一名機車銷售員Steve Hlebo被控謀殺同事，警方發現數灘血跡、被割下的耳朵，以及其他證據。
28歲的Kyle Myrick於1月22日被報失蹤。目擊者指出他最後行蹤，是與Hlebo一起在GP摩托車店工作。
當時Myrick被叫去幫Hlebo的忙。警方報告指，Hlebo曾供稱他倆發生肢體衝突。
後來另一名同事找不到Myrick，便通知警方到店裡查看。
根據詳細報告，調查人員在該店後方一間廢棄超過一年的屋子裡，發現打鬥痕跡，牆上有濺血，地上有灘灘血跡，還發現一隻被割下的人耳。然而並未找到屍體。
報告也指出，Hlebo被捕後供稱，他曾向家人坦承他殺了Myrick，並棄屍海中。

Pools of blood and a severed ear are just a few things police have revealed as evidence that a San Jose motorcycle salesman, Steve Hlebo, killed his co-worker.
28-year-old Kyle Myrick was reported missing on Jan. 22. According to an eyewitness account, Myrick was last seen with Hlebo at work.
Myrick was asked to assist Hlebo while working his shift at GP Sports motorbike shop. According to police reports, Hlebo had said that the two got in a physical altercation.
Police responded to a call for a welfare check on Myrick at the shop when a third co-worker was unable to locate him.
In a detailed report, investigators said they had found evidence of a struggle, blood splatter on the walls, pools of blood and a severed human ear in a building towards the back of the shop that had been vacant for over a year. Police have yet to find a body.
In that same report, following his arrest, detectives said Hlebo said he later told a family member that he had killed Myrick and disposed of his body in the ocean.
It all seems like a cut-and-dry case. But, after being charged for homicide, Hlebo has been seen in interview footage denying his involvement.
Hlebo has been quoted as saying, “I am not a murderer, and I did not murder anyone.” And has been making claims that he’s been framed.
But it’s clear police think otherwise. Is this yet another plot for a second ‘Making a Murderer’? Or was Hlebo just not that great covering up his crimes? We can’t all be Dexter.
