Today was my weigh-in day. I only weigh myself once a week because I don't want to get obsessed with numbers. When I got on the scale, I found that I had already lost two kilograms, so I was totally pumped! This success is really the encouragement I need to keep working hard towards achieving my goal. To reward myself, I decided that if I lost another two kilograms next week, I would buy myself a new miniskirt. Yippee!
