Mark:As far as I know, Taipei EZ Tours is a tour operator that specializes in English and Japanese speaking tours. I speak both languages fluently, so Taipei EZ Tours seems to be a perfect match for me.
馬克:據我所知,「台北逍遙行」是個專門作英日語導覽行程的旅行社。這兩種語言我都說得很流利,因此「台北逍遙行」看來最適合我。
Chris:I see. As a tour guide, your guests are your responsibility. I wonder if you can tell me how you would deal with any difficult situations that may arise. What if a person in your group was injured, or a guest’s bag was stolen?
克里斯:了解。身為導遊,你的客人就是你的責任。我想請問你,你會怎麼處理任何可能發生的棘手情況。要是你的一名團員受傷或是一名客人的包包遭竊,該怎麼辦?
