get off the ground 起步
本俚語中的 get off 表「離開」，ground指「地面」。get off the ground 表某事「開始起步」或「進行順利」。
與 ground 相關的俚語還有：
˙hold one’s ground 不退縮，堅守立場
hold 表「守住」，ground 則指某人的「立足之地」，hold one’s ground 就有「守在原地，不退縮」之意，可引申為「捍衛自己的主張」。
例：She always holds her ground and refuses to compromise her style.（她總是堅持自己的創作風格，拒絕妥協。）

˙have both feet on the ground 腳踏實地
例：She has both feet on the ground and works very hard to realize her dream.
= She is very down-to-earth and works very hard to realize her dream.（她腳踏實地，努力去實現自己的夢想。）

（他有花藝設計的天分。）
loaded a. 富有的（之後不可接名詞）
例：Richard is loaded. He owns six mansions.
（理查很有錢。他有 6 棟豪宅。）
